Through Target's Community Outreach Program, you can visit local art, cultural events and museums in cities around US (including places like Boston, Tampa, Dallas, Portland...) for free/reduced price.  In NYC, you can experience places like: The Children's Museum of Manhattan, MoMA, Carnegie Hall on certain days of the month (including weekends).
